I never claimed it to be 100% accurate, in fact I pointed out that gender prediction is far from accurate. How did you manage to go backwards on genderplanner? It doesn't allow you to select birth dates in the past, and you gotta pay $1.99 for each prediction!

Your prediction is shit. It is not working.
I tried another one at gender planner and that one was working.

I went backwards and checked me and my brother and i also checked my sons. According to you we should all have been girls.

I have no idea if birth control actually affects fertility, it was just an observation, perhaps an incorrect one.
Interesting that unintended pregnancies are higher in older women.

Birth control ABSOLUTELY DOES NOT affect fertility. Except for DMPA (the shot, you can become pregnant immediately after discontinuting. Or, in my case, while you are still taking it! I have no problem with anyone who feels otherwise. But as a healthcare provider, I have a serious problem with someone who belives that I tell people that for false reasons. I tell people that because it is true not just to get teens on it so they won't get pregnant. I would never tell someone that it is 100% safe (because nothing is) and I would certainly never try to convince someone that they should take birth control if they don't belive in it or they don't want to. That is not my job. My job is to help my patients make the best decisions possible for them. For some it is birth control, for others it isn't and either way is fine with me.

Oh.. and by the way. There are a significantly higher percentage of unintended pregnancies in women over 40 than under 20!

I have been on different types of birth control many different times and the 4 times I went off (pulling out or not) I got was pregnant very fast like the first month or so. My first and my last were little surprises but that was ok my husband and I were very excited each time.

I used birth control for many years. I went off of the pill for a few months, but used condoms until I was ready to get pregnant. As soon as I tried, I got pregnant right away. Faster than I expected!!

I have heard people say that boys cause more trouble as far as pregnancy side effects. I don't know if I believe that or not. I had a baby girl 5 weeks ago and my pregnancy was a blessing, so easy. To look at this from scientific point of view, boys can potentially cause more side effects because their hormones are different from mother's. So if your body is not happy with "foreign" object it might get upset and cause you discomfort. But again, this is just speculation on my part. You still have 50/50 chance!

This is my second pregnancy. My first go round was so easy. No sickness maybe a little queezy in the late afternoon for a few days but nothing major and I didn't really begin to show until late 7th 8th month. I looked very pretty in my opinion to be pregnant and I found that I was going to have a little boy and did so. This time I'm nine weeks. My hair's awful all the time, I don't feel like getting dressed up, I'm sick all day long, literally, I feel as if I'm as big as a house already, have had bad cramps, little bleeding, you name it, I've had it or probably will have it...It's a toss up because I'm not far enought along to find out the gender yet. But I want a little girl but something says inside that it's a little boy.....What do you think..Oh and the whole heart rate of the baby gender predictor....My little boy's heartrate was very normal and a perfect 160....even though I'd been told he was a boy, all of my nurses belived he was actually a girl..so the whole heartrate thing is a 50/50 to me....Any advce?

I feel the same way. I do not use birth control either...I don't believe in using it. I feel that it does affect your ability to conceive and the way I look at it is its my life and when I want to get pregnant I don't want something like being on birth control for years to affect that. The doctors say that it does not affects it but I don't care what they say because I 100% believe that it does. Plus they probably just say that to convince them to take birth control to keep teenagers from getting pregnant since theres so much of that. But I'm a teenage mom and I'm a great mom I don't think age has anything to do with it, but you know how people are.
